It's a typical end of week afternoon here at Charm City Cakes. I'm sitting in my corner of the bakery watching some pretty spectacular cakes come together: a banana split, (another) Millenium Falcon, an Astin Martin and a bottle of Grand Marnier, among other things. I really do have the best job in the world.
It's already shaping up to be an action-packed summer for us!
Duff and company are coming atchya, all 3D! The Great American Food & Music Fest is so big, they're holding it in two different states on two different weekends, and Duff will be at both shows! Sunday, June 13 in New Rutherford, NJ
Saturday, June 26 in Foxborough, MA
Duff's bringing a gaggle of CCC staffers with him and the live show promises to be REALLY entertaining. If anyone was at our demo at this year's South Beach Food and Wine Festival, it will be even more insane then that. The New Jersey show will also feature a performance by Duff's band, soihadto.
More news about the new "Duff Stuff" (as we like to call it) - Gartner Studios has launched www.duff.com : a brand new and super cool website that shows all the different decorating products and what you can do with them. Check it out. And yes, those ARE cupcakes on the site. Everyone relax. Just because Duff doesn't like making cupcakes doesn't mean he wants to discourage you from doing so.
