Join us for a fun, creative, and hands-on baking experience led by the expert instructors from Duff Goldman’s team at Charm City Cakes! This immersive, five-day camp combines cake fundamentals, creative design, and baking techniques into one exciting program.
Campers will explore the full cake-making process—from baking cakes and mixing buttercream to working with fondant and decorative finishes. Each day features engaging baking projects that go beyond cake, helping students build confidence and creativity in the kitchen. Campers will learn how to sketch and plan designs, carve and shape edible art, and bring their ideas to life through baking and decorating. The week culminates in a show-stopping sculpted cake that showcases everything they’ve learned.

Schedule: JUNE 29th - JULY 3RD - 5-day camp (Monday–Friday)
Lunch: Campers should bring a packed lunch each day
